These terms and conditions along with the privacy apply to the entire content of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website as your use of this website indicates that you accept these terms whether or not you register with the company.

By advertising on Horsewizard you are agreeing with our terms and conditions and must ensure that all adverts placed are legal, decent, and a truthful representation of the item you are advertising; they must comply with British Code of Advertising Practice, together with other Codes under the Advertising Standards Authority: as well as complying with the needs of current legislation.

The Horsewizard website hereby excludes any warranties as to the quality, truthfulness, wholeness, performance, fitness for a particular purpose of the site or any of its contents.

Adverts placed with Horsewizard will appear in electronic format on the website www.horsewizard.co.uk for the confirmed defined period.

Horsewizard and Wizard Ads Limited will not be liable for any damages without limitation, damages for any consequential loss or loss of business opportunities or loss of profits, however arising from the use or failure to use the Horsewizard website, or from any action or error made as a result of using the website or any of its contents.

Horsewizard contains material in the form of classified advertisements submitted by third party advertisers and we accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such adverts, nor do we make any guarantee with respect to the existence or availability of anything advertised whatsoever.

All advertisers are responsible for checking their advertisements thoroughly before uploading and can amend any omissions once logged in to the registered users content ‘my adverts’  part of the site.

All photographs used in adverts must have the prior consent of the photographer. In the case of any professional photos the advertisers must obtain written approval allowing use of photographs prior to uploading them to Horsewizard. Horsewizard cannot be held responsible for any issues arising due to copyright protection on photographs.

The Website contains links to websites that are not operated by Horsewizard. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content. Our inclusion of links to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material contained on the websites or of the owners.

Horsewizard reserves to right to reject or remove any adverts it feels does not comply with the terms and conditions of advertising. Horsewizard does not have to justify its reasoning for the rejection or removal of any adverts.

Once an advert has been submitted no refunds will be available.  

Horsewizard reserves the right to increase advertising rates at any time without prior notice (this will not affect the cost of adverts already published or confirmed orders for button or banner adverts, by horsewizard received prior to this date) Any changes to rate or terms and conditions will be amended in these pages or the pricing guide on the site.

Horsewizard is a website that allows users to buy and sell equestrian items. We are simply an advertising medium and are not involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers. Because of this we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the honesty or accuracy of adverts or the ability of the users to either buy or sell the items advertised. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under the laws applying to you. Buyers buy at their own risk and should take the appropriate professional advice before purchasing.

For the purposes of the Data protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of registering and using the site and the site services, certain personal information or data about you will be captured electronically or otherwise transmitted. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you clearly agree to transfer such personal information or Data to Horsewizard to use, store and process the personal information for the purposes of providing the services offered on the site. You may revoke your consent by request written notice, but then you must exit the site and have no further rights to access the site or the sites services. You must take responsibility for the security and use of any user names and passwords needed to access the use of the site and take reasonable steps to ensure that they remain confidential. By use of the site you agree not to use the site to send or receive, upload or download any material that is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, or in breach of any persons intellectual property rights or confidentiality by which you are bound by use of the site.

Horsewizard does not permit competitor sites (websites that offer online equestrian advertising) to advertise on the site. Any adverts found to be promoting a competitor site, private adverts or banner adverts, will be removed without refund.

All competitions are run in accordance with English law, all entrants must be over 18 years old or have parental permission. All competition winners are selected at random and directors decision is final. We reserve the right to alter or suspend any competitions run on the horsewizard website. By entering any competitions on the site you are agreeing to the use of your name for publicity material aswell as allowing your name being published on the website if you are a competition winner.

This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our service at www.horsewizard.co.uk if you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not use or access our services. You must have read, agreed with and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which those terms and conditions expressly set out above.

These terms and conditions and privacy policy shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
